International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to New Zealand. If you would like to shop from overseas, please send us an email to info@thefrenchhen.co.nz and we will see if we can arrange overseas shipping for your purchase
Terms & Conditions
Returns and Exchanges
The French Hen takes great care with our packaging, but if the goods we send to you arrive damaged or faulty, please keep all the original packaging, including proof of purchase, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We require the goods to be returned to us in their original condition, and will arrange collection of the damaged/faulty product by our courier, at a time and place convenient to you. If available, we will send a replacement at no charge, however if not available we will a refund. If we determine that the product was not damaged during original delivery, we may not be able to offer a replacement.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase and wish to change your mind, please advise us within 7 days by contacting us at info@thefrenchhen.co.nz or calling us on (09) 438 0051.
So long as the goods are returned in their original condition, with proof of purchase, we would be happy to offer a credit. In this case the return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we would recommend using a tracking system available with most couriers and postal services when returning the goods to us.
Cancellation of Orders
You may cancel your order provided we have not yet dispatched it. Our friendly team will refund the cost of your order to the account you purchased with. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.
